To celebrate 8 months wedding anniversary we went to our favorite Japanese restaurant. Here is some sushi that we both love to eat very much. We ordered most of samol - a kind of fish that is good for pregnant women.
8 months means a lot to me. I still remember the next day after wedding, in front of parents and sister we both were fighting for some reason... Some people say that married life is not like when you were dating anymore, that it/s change and change... But what's important is that we both need to learn about each other to understand each other... When dating you still can leave any time if you don't see him/her as mr/ms right for you... But if you already are married you need to take responsibility for each other and live for each other and sometimes you must need to change something to make life be better... sometime like sacrifice....
Life means fighting to understand. Of course sometimes you never know what will happen to make both fighting because sometime different culture, language... But I will always be ready to fight with it to make my husband understand me and I understand him better... Life is understanding.
I'm happy that i found out the man that i need and i have been waiting for. He is loving and caring me very well and treat me really good. I'm also very happy that my parents in law and my sister in law care for me very much. They are very good people and they love me as daughter. I'm very lucky.
Oh, do you know who is the girl in red? ;)) She is my mom in law... She is the greatest mom in law because she cares me a lot as the real daughter. She looks so beautiful in vnese ao dai... Some people said that the bride looks older than the mom in law.. hic hic... I also never seen any man that pampers his wife like my dad in law. Not only that, he cares for his mother in law very much too... Just spent with them about 3 weeks but i see and learn from them a lot. I think Kyle now he is being a good husband like that coz of he got the characteristics of his father. That is really good.
Hehee... time for kiss in our wedding;))
Very nice decorations. This is walk way to the house. Look at this pic, my new parent and sister helped a lot with this. Most of the flower decorations are made by them...
She is my sister in law. She has one cutest son named Logan. She is a very caring person, and she has a lot of experience about taking care of the new baby. I still need to learn a lot from her.
Here is my new father and new grand mom. She is the greatest woman i think. She is even about 96 year old but she still was healthy to fly to vn in our wedding, that u had to see a old woman like that can fly long way but she is. So i'm very proud of her.

New friends
Since last 2 months, i always sign in the website called "Children site" to read and learn how to be a mother. There they have everything to show you how to be a mother, how to take care of the baby, how/where to go shopping for the baby, how to change the diaper.... Everything that a new mother needs to know. And funny that from there i found out a topic called "love has no border". The topic about some vnese girl who has foreigner boyfriend/husband, not only in vietnam but abroad too... We talk every day and share everything to learn how to understand our husbands better. Most of them are still very young, beautiful still dating, but just some girls are married like me.
So for the first time we got together and ate a lot and talked a lotttt. Of course it is the first time I left poor Kyle at home. I came back and only brought him rice. But u know what, do not feel sorry for him. You know, to pay for the party i shared only 6 usd with girls there. But the next day Kyle got jealous coz i left him alone, so he went out to see his friend for lunch... and that day he paid friend at sushi restaurant. And i bet that he paid 50 times what I paid!! Humm.. i always try to not pay much but him.... So i couldnt sleep that night just coz feel so sad that he waste money...hahaaaa... Ok, i think its ok coz he is deserves it coz he worked hard for so long and didnt see friend much... ;))

Birthday party
For Thao's birthday we had a party at our house. Here you can see a cake, lots of fruit, nice flowers, wine and special "healthy Vietnamese wine"...
We had a big feast with lotttts of food! Ham, chicken, duck, beef, pork, carrots, potatoes, vegtables!
Thao's friends from university
The little boy was very naughty and always climbing around on the couch. Thao kept getting scared that he would kick her belly...
Birthday cake time! The boy already practiced blowing out the candles, you can see a candle in an apple there at the bottom!
All night the boy was running around and didn't want to eat anything... But the girl just sat there very quiet and ate by herself. See! Better to have a girl!
Some more new clothes for mama!
Visit home town
Back in Ba Vi home town again, this time we stayed for one week to relax and eat a lot! I look so skinny here, because I was sick for the whole trip! :( But Thao's mom made porridge for me, bought me oranges, and took good care of me...
The preferred method of transportation! Try to imagine me riding this bicycle on a bumpy dirt road with a very big pregnant Thao sitting on the back... And then when I tried to stop at her sister's house, the handbrake fell off and I couldn't stop! I had to drag my feet, and we ended up waaaay down the road.
The garden looks nice and green. Can you find someone hiding there?
Thao got a lottt of new pregnant dresses from her sister. Here she is showing that she still looks good!
Thao's parents have lots of chickens...
... and some cats...
Visiting Ao Vua
Wow, my hair is getting really long! The plan is to make it curly like a surfer dude... If that doesn't work, then I'll just cut it all off again!
It was a nice day, so many people where here for wedding photos.
We spotted a tiger near the river!
Now Thao is starting to be a real pregnant girl... she is always eating!
The old hotel where my family and Terri stayed for our wedding.
The new hotel is open now on the other side of the river. Looks nice!
They emptied the water of the swimming pond to clean it...
Two girls from another wedding.
Visiting Uncle's house
The flypaper gets full very fast on the farm!!
Thao practices feeding a baby... a baby pig! This pig was too small, so they have to keep care of it and feed it milk so it can get strong. Yeah, so it can get big and they can eat it later!!
4 dogs and a pig
The rest of the new pig family...
